Ageing Well - A collection of innovative thinking

Our population is ageing, and our society is struggling to cope. Something has to change if people are to live well in later life. The question is what?

In the 100 years since the first resident arrived at Whiteley Village, life expectancy has increased by an astonishing 25 years, to around 80.

For this compendium Whiteley Village asked a range of intriguing thinkers with different perspectives to look into the future, and to challenge us to think differently about later life.

What has emerged is fascinating. There are many echoes across the articles, despite the wide variety of expertise among the contributors. Some topics affect all of us, simply because we are human, whereas others look at how priorities change over time.

The compendium is a comprehensive 52-page book, meticulously filled with engaging and informative articles. It is designed in a clean, clear format that enhances readability, making the content easily accessible to a diverse audience. Special attention has been given to 'accessibility' to ensure that readers with varying needs can enjoy the book without difficulty.

Each page is printed on carefully selected recycled uncoated stock, reflecting a commitment to environmental sustainability. Furthermore, the book is perfect bound, providing a polished and professional finish that complements its thoughtful design and content.

Aging well...

The compendium contains some really interesting articles on ageing well in advancing years, and we loved the challenge of presenting these in a clear and engaging way.
