This e-commerce website enables clients to browse through a variety of therapists, using filters to refine their search to find the right practitioner for their needs or those of their loved ones. Clients can book and pay for online therapy sessions or request face-to-face sessions. Both clients and practitioners can book, view, and cancel bookings through their account areas.
The Practice also offers room bookings at various locations, which practitioners can book via their account area. Practitioners can manage their availability for both online and offline sessions through a streamlined calendar and booking system. Prices for each practitioner can be adjusted to reflect their growing experience and qualifications.
Multiple blog engines provide a wealth of support pages to guide and educate clients about the types of therapy offered, common issues addressed, and feature their traditional news blog, 'Lessons from the Couch'.
The website is designed to support The Practice’s growth, enabling expansion of the online business and accommodating new venues as they become available.
